Perfect Fifths by Megan McCafferty
Pub. Date: April 14. 2009
Summary: Old flames are reignited in this eagerly awaited fifth and final book in the Jessica Darling series. Captivated readers have followed her through every step and misstep, from a tormented, tart-tongued teenager, to a college grad stumbling toward adulthood. Now a young professional in her mid-twenties, Jess is off to a Caribbean wedding. [SPOILER ALERT! Proceed with caution if you haven't read Fourth Comings.] As she rushes to her gate at the airport, she literally runs into her former boyfriend, Marcus Flutie. It’s the first time she’s seen him since she reluctantly turned down his marriage proposal three years earlier—and emotions run high. Marcus and Jessica have both changed dramatically, yet their connection feels as familiar as ever. Is their reunion just a fluke or has fate orchestrated this collision of their lives once again? Partly told from Marcus’s point of view, Perfect Fifths finally lets readers inside the mind of the only person who’s both troubled and titillated Jessica Darling for years. Expect nothing less than the satisfying conclusion fans have been waiting for, one perfect in its imperfection.
Why I want it:
Because even though I am only on Charmed Thirds I can't wait to read Fourth Comings and Perfect Fifths. I must know what happens to Jessica and Marcus. And the reviews have been amazing.

Good choice. They are fantastic. I hope you read Fourth Comings quickly so that you can get to this one!
Sounds good - I haven't read this series yet, but I'll have to get around to it.
I haven't started this series yet but I hope to soon!
I have the first one in the series but haven't gotten to it yet...I love it when a new series book comes out though!
Good choice. I saw this on Amazon yesterday and wondered about it. I haven't read the series though so I'd have to start at the beginning.
Great choice! I'm so excited to read this, I love this series!
Looks good! OMG I saw your comment on Alea's blog about Marin County....I live there! The CA one, right? How coincidental!
I honestly can't wait until the 14th! I am giving this book to myself as an early birthday present! I finished Fourth Comings on my trip and I was so PO'd by the cliffhanger it left me on, that I almost threw it in the pool, but it was so good! If you want to borrow it I would love to loan it to you.
